Gerry Nicholls is BLUNT Magazine's Brisbane-based Senior Music Photographer, documenting the raw energy, atmosphere and unforgettable moments that define live music. With more than a decade of experience behind the lens, Gerry has captured artists at their most powerful, from intimate venues and sweaty club shows to sold-out arenas and major international tours.

Specialising in rock, metal and alternative music, Gerry has photographed an extensive range of local and international acts, including Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, Turnstile, Bush, Shinedown and GWAR. His approach goes beyond capturing the performance itself, focusing on the emotion, connection and unpredictability that make live music such an important part of culture.
